Help Frequently asked
Everything you'd ask before booking.
Still stuck? Email rentals@byreynoir.com — you'll hear back from Reynoir, not a bot.
01 General
Sooner is safer — popular dates (spring/summer weekends, prom and graduation season, December) fill first. Two to four weeks out is comfortable for mini golf; four to six weeks is ideal for custom Bloom builds so we can source materials. Last-minute? Ask — we'll tell you honestly if we can make it work.
Delivery is included across the tri-state area — New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Outside that radius, we can still travel; it's quote-based to cover the distance. All products are delivery-only (no customer pickup).
Always. Reynoir delivers, sets up, and breaks down every rental. You don't lift a thing — you just enjoy the event.
The mini golf course sets up indoors or under cover, so most weddings and school events have a rain plan built in. If you're fully outdoors with no backup, we'll work with you on rescheduling. Tell us your contingency when you book and we'll plan around it.
Yes. Mini golf pairs beautifully with a Bloom Bar as our “Putt + Bloom” wedding combo — priced 10–15% below booking separately, with a single $200 deposit.
The deposit holds your date and reserves Reynoir's time, so it's non-refundable once booked — but it's fully credited toward your total. Need to move your date? Reach out as early as you can and we'll do our best to transfer it to another available day.
Each mini golf hole is a 2'×4' section, so the course scales to your room — three holes fit a classroom corner, nine spread comfortably across a gym, rooftop, or reception space. Bloom builds need a bit of floor or wall space we'll size to your venue. Not sure? Send your dimensions and we'll map a layout.
02 Mini Golf
Yes. byReynoir is fully insured, and we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming your school, district, or venue as an additional insured whenever it's required. Just tell us who to name and by when.
We do. Schools and districts can book against a PO, and we'll invoice to match your procurement process. A W-9 and COI are available on request. Email rentals@byreynoir.com to set up district billing.
A 9-hole setup handles roughly 40–60 guests per hour. Smaller packages move fewer players but fit tighter spaces. For high-traffic events, add an on-site attendant to keep groups rotating and throughput high.
All of the above — the course is designed to sit level on grass, turf, gym floors, asphalt, rooftops, and more. Tell us the surface when you book so we bring the right leveling and protection for the floor.
Yes — anyone on-site for a school event is background-checked. If your district has a specific clearance or check-in process, let us know and we'll comply with it.
Absolutely — multi-day rentals work well for festivals, conferences, and week-long camps. Multi-day pricing is quote-based; note your dates in the booking or email us and we'll confirm availability and rate.
03 Bloom Bar
That's the whole point of the Bloom Bar — every setup is built around your palette. Share your colors (and any inspiration photos) in the inquiry, and we'll source seasonal stems to match.
Setup typically runs 60–120 minutes depending on the build, and we arrive ahead of your start time with a buffer so everything's styled and ready before guests do. We'll confirm an exact arrival window with your venue's load-in schedule.
Yes — we regularly coordinate with venue coordinators, planners, and other vendors on timing, placement, and load-in. Put us in touch (or loop us into the group thread) and we'll handle the logistics on our end.
Always. For weddings and formal events, our crew dresses to blend in with your event, not stand out from it. If you have a specific dress code, tell us and we'll match it.
04 Corporate
Yes — brand integration is one of our most popular corporate add-ons ($200–500). We can apply your logo and colors to obstacles, signage, and custom scorecards to turn the course into a branded activation. Send your brand assets and we'll mock it up.
Both are available on request. We'll provide a completed W-9 for your AP team and a Certificate of Insurance naming your company or venue as required. Just tell us who to address them to.
Yes — for corporate and institutional clients we accept ACH and wire, and we can work with net-30 invoicing terms. Note your preferred payment method and terms in your inquiry and we'll set up billing accordingly.
Plan on about 2–3 weeks for custom-branded builds so we can produce signage, branded obstacles, and scorecards to spec. Tighter timeline? Reach out — we'll tell you what's achievable and offer the closest option.
